Shipping + Returns

Your order will be shipped within the first 3 to 10 days depending on availability as the garments are handmade in Ibiza and the stock may be limited.
It is possible to choose between standard or express delivery depending on the country. All forms of shipping will have a tracking number available.
Customs fees that may be applied depending on the country of destination aren’t included in the shipping. Check your country for more information
Everything is shipped from Ibiza, Spain.

Returns will be only accepted if notified within the first 15 days after receiving the order.
Items purchased at -50% off can’t be returned
Returns must be notified via e-mail (shop@catalinabonet.com) with the reason of the return and the order number.
The return costs will be customer’s responsibility.
For the return to be accepted the garment must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept garments that have distinct odours or signs of wear and tear. Once we receive it and check it we will refund the corresponding amount.
Exchanges are not accepted.
